Amalgamation of different energies.

Sonically this tape is a follow up to "Shadow Work". It follows the sentiment of tapping into an unconscious aspect of the personality which the conscious ego does not identify within itself. The unknown self. Shadow Work.

The EP in essence can represent many things. To Rx it symbolizes isolation and exploration of self but at the same time also experiencing multiple ego deaths which also inspired this EP. It acts as a message to anyone who is going through it, especially during this lockdown. Its probably the first time for a lot of people to truly be alone with themselves and experiencing that isn't always an easy process. This EP acts as a listening experience for people to relate to and to provide a sense of community within this time.

Many of the songs comment on different mind states or certain constructs within the psyche and general world. Songs like ATT. Span//238 am is a song about a short attention span. Lyrically the song jumps all over the place bouncing between thought out ideas and random thoughts popping in and out. There are also the story telling songs such as PRE'//complicated and +10//-10 which both in a sense document certain stages over the past few years. +10//-10 speaks about some of Rx's time in Hungary. It also pays homage to a lot of Rx's inspirations and draws certain styles or attitudes from them throughout this EP.

ParallelsBetweenFaceless was created during the first week of lockdown.
